Surface Modification of Titanium Alloys in a Non-Uniform Glow Discharge with Hollow Cathode
The characteristics of the non-uniform glow discharge with the effect of the hollow cathode (EHC), on which the chosen regimes of nitriding the surface of titanium alloy VT6 are considered.
